Shipping

We ship using a local courier. We do have in store collections if you would rather collect in person.

It is not the norm for us to ship internationally however if you would like something shipped overseas we can arrange to do so. Simply contact us on info@greatimpressionssa.co.za and we can discuss  arrangements.

If the products ordered are in stock then the usual turn around time to delivery is 2-3 days. This may be longer if the product is not in stock directly and the store needs to obtain the product on site. Any foreseeable delays will be communicated before payment is made. Great Impressions does not maintain any liability when there are delays due to fault of the courier company. 

Payment

When ordering online we accept EFT payments once an invoice has been issued. If you would like to order online but collect in store we accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Orders & Returns

To place an order simply add all the desired products to the cart and check out. Register or sign in with your account details. Complete the checkout form along with your email address and on-the-ball admin guy will get back to you to confirm stock availability, shipping method and date of expected shipping. Once you have accepted the proforma invoice payment must be made via EFT, bankng details to be provided. Once payment has reflected the products will be shipped and you will be notified..

You may change or cancel your order anytime before the  parcel has been shipped. This can be done by emailing info@greatimpressionssa.co.za and quote your order number.  

Yes, this is for the protection of both parties. Having an account makes it easier to process orders on multiple occasions and for shipping purposes to prevent accidental address errors.

You can track your parcel through the relevant couriers tracking website. When the parcel is shipped the tracking number will be included in the shipping notification.

Should a product you receive be delivered faulty then you can contact info@greatimpressionssa.co.za with an image and description of how the product is faulty and a refund may be issued. Unfortunately if insurance on the product was not taken out and the product was damaged during shipping we hold no liability. To return a product and exchange it for another shipping will be at the buyers cost and a 10% handling fee will be charged. However we urge you to get in contact with us so that it can be handled to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
